Supriya Wickrematillake

Supriya Wickrematillake paints in Seattle, mostly at night and mostly after the compiler has finished. He came to oils late and by accident, having been told for years that he had a good eye and no patience — half of which turned out to be true. He has shown with the same group of painters for over a decade, an arrangement that survives on the understanding that nobody offers advice unless asked twice.
